For non-consumer transactions, a late fee of 1% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower) will be applied to any undisputed overdue amounts, with additional charges accruing every 30 days until the balance is paid.
RISK OF LOSS
All purchases made through our website are subject to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of the items.
